Solitude

 

고독에서 진정한 나를 찾을 수 있다는 철학자 쇼펜하우어의 말에 영감을 얻어 만들게 된 곡입니다. 이동하는 기차에서 생각에 잠겨있다가 문뜩 영감이 떠올랐고, 그 순간의 느낌을 음악에 담아내고자 했습니다. Max를 사용해서 Additive Synthesis, Frequency Modulation, Phase Distortion 패치를 설계해서 악기소리를 만들어냈습니다. 그리고 Logic Pro X를 Max와 연결하여 녹음 후, Filter와 Reverb를 사용하여 음악을 완성했습니다. I was inspired by the philosopher Schopenhauer's words, which state that one can find their true self in solitude. While I was lost in thought on a moving train, sudden inspiration struck me. I wanted to capture that moment's feeling in music. Using Max, I designed patches for Additive Synthesis, Frequency Modulation, and Phase Distortion to create unique instrument sounds. Then, I connected Max with Logic Pro X to record and complete the music using Filter and Reverb effects.
